ME AND MY ANXIETY

HI WORLD !
I either feel too much or not at all. For this I am straight gonna blame my zodiac sign (pisces).
I would like to know your zodiac in comments and then gonna judge you on basis of that. (Getting bored) Lol!
Now to control all these overwhelming emotions. I would like to share my way to deal with this.
I discovered this the day i was angry and heartbroken. I was unable to get rid of all the unwanted thoughts. I searched for drawings on Pinterest and started sketching one. Along with this I plugged in the earphones and played an OST of one of the Cdramas. I have never listened to it before. And the reason I did this was to not get distracted by the lyrics of the song. The melody of the song was cheerful and helped me a lot. My mood uplifts within 2 hours. The name of the song was xiang fu te Tiao.
The next time if I will be in the same situation then I won't listen to the same song because it will make me remember all the things that happened wrong that day when I was heartbroken. I will again search for another melody in other language.
I would also like to share that drawing with you all.

I don't draw often I remember the last drawing was a year ago. Anyways, rate my drawing skills.
