HI WORLD !
SLEEP IS THE BEST MEDITATION
AND I FANCY DOING MEDIATION FOR LONG HOURS THAT'S WHY I WAKE UP 11 IN THE MORNING. Lol!
Today one of my friends shared a post about sleep paralysis and it took me to the research I did a year ago.
It was another restless day. I was watching most random videos on YouTube and somehow I ended up watching a video of 'DAVID LION' on hypnotism. That's where my research begins.
I won't write about hypnotism in this blog rather I would like to bring out my research on REM STATE/ SLEEP. Because if you want to know about hypnotism you must know about REM.
REM ( Rapid Eye Movement ) the eyeballs under your closed eyelids are doing movements during peradoxical sleep which occurs while the sleeper is dreaming.
It is nothing but a phase during sleep. To put it simply, when you are dreaming in sleep, you are basically in (REM) sleep.
During REM phase, your body is quite and your brain is more active and it's repairing any cell damage that happens during the day. Along with this it helps with digestion and memory too.
